All suppliers have been informed in writing that ullage conditions must conform to base neck or better and that labels must be in good condition with clear definition of vintage and wine name. In the event that wines are corked or out of condition for consumption, it will be at the discretion of Wine & Glass Ltd that replacements be made available without obligation.

For wines brokered on behalf of private clients Wine & Glass Ltd offers no guarantee of sale for brokered wines. The proceeds minus the commission are payable only after a successful sale has been finalized. The company will advise the vendor once a broking sale has been completed. Payment is made within 10 working days of this time.
